    As a connoisseur of pre workout I can genuinely say I have no idea how this stuff got so popular. It's nowhere near as effective as many others on the market.

        A lot of pre workouts back in the day had Ephedra or DMAA which are amphetamines lol.

        Personally I enjoy:

        Redcon 1 - Total war
        Dynamik muscle - Savage roar
        Blackstone labs - Angel dust

        If you can afford to or find a stack on sale they are great. Something like

        Core fury extreme + core pump or
        Mts clash + vasky

        Avoid muscle pharm assault like the plague, it goes brutal things to your stomach and bowels.

          Have you tried Mr Hyde? Heard it has 400mg caffeine.
          Personally i like GAT nitroflex and morph3 but have just run out and wanting to try something new. Found BPM labs - the one to be quite good too. Hated C4 - useless.

          Out of the 3 you listed - which one should i try?

      Anything you'd recommend? We like to keep our range stocked with recommendations from our customers (rather than our suppliers).
      C4 has been incredibly popular - if people vote with their feet, C4 would win every day of the week - it definitely says something!

      Yes, there was an error with the packing slip - a technical error - once we received the feedback we got in contact with the customer and fixed everything up.
      Edit: We also changed our Ebay - eCommerce system after that happened. We haven't had an issue since.

      Anywyas.. most pre workouts inc c4 which i do use dont have enough of the important ingredients to be any good anyways. .. need more ingredients per serve.

        If you're a veteran of the pre-workout; you may need to increase your dosage. Try 1 1/2 Scoops.

        DMAA was great when it was available, definitely gave you a euphoric high - Disclaimer: it is completely illegal in Australia.
        But it is can be a dangerous ingredient - so if you do get your hands on it, please use it cautiously. Test your tolerance first and never go over the recommended dosage.
