  Can't comment on the bag but for the 2gb external card, according to the Samsung's technical specs on the Samsung Website it comes with the 2gb card included in the box.

    Yeah I just Bought one
    It includes with the 2GB card and Case
    So doesn't matter if you buy it from OW or DSE, you should get this
    (Even in ebay people selling this with 2GB card and Case)
    
    None the less, good deal for a day-to-day medium range camera
