Thanks, I thought I give something back for a change

    • Yep good post. Forced LTS to better their offer so in the end, us the customers win.

      • thanks mate, that was my intention in the end to bring it to their attention

  • Given the product code, this might only be valid if you purchase it with a TV… I already have one of these, so someone else will need to try it out! :)

    • +1

That's what I orginally thought too but if you look at the link below, there is no place that says you need to buy a TV to get this remote.

      http://www.dse.com.au/cgi-bin/dse.filereader?4c6e22490015d56…

Discount applies to entire range of remotes: Harmony® 300, Harmony® 600, Harmony® 650, Harmony® 900, Harmony® One, Harmony® 1100i and Harmony® Adapter for PLAYSTATION®3. Offer valid from 01/08/2010 12:00am, to 31/01/2011, 11:59pm or until stocks run out. No rainchecks. *20% saving is off the recommended retail pricing. Prices as marked.

Great, that's exactly what I wanted for LTS to beat this price… My plan worked…. thanks for negging considering now you get a better deal

      • well done , but not the real reason , but it contributed

        • so how about a deal on ear phones, that is what I am really after. Eventhough I have ended buying a mouse and remote from you guys.

BC this is NOT a valid negative vote as per our guidelines. I also think its very poor form to vote down a competitor. Especially after you cut your price. Now if it was cheaper originally that may have been more valid.

You are the first to complain about unfair negative votes, so live by the sword - die by it.

          • @[Deactivated]: Your Spot on , I didnt know that, i was actually voting neg for the fact that it was discussing my deal rather than the post deal . but anyhow , my apologies .

          • @[Deactivated]: And i cut the price ,not for this deal , as already explained

          • @[Deactivated]: also , the link doesnt work , or am i doing something wrong here

  • Well Post it as a new post , a new record price for Harmony one

Must be a new model coming out soon.

  • No new Model coming out soon this is a fathers day special only

Not really a bargain now as LTS has it beat by over $20…

Good price until BC beat it though…

    • Wonder whether they will refund the difference for those that may have bought it last night…

      • Only combo got sold last nite , no single harmony one purchases people too busy buying m950

        • Well, then will those that bought a combo with the ps3 adaptor get a price difference refund??, i know i personally wouldn't be happy if i had bought last night, then to have the price drop this afternoon…

          • @kingmalgoo: No , the bundle price is still the same . No change on that combo

            • @bargaincrypt: why not BC? if i buy the harmony one and the ps3 adaptor it comes to $195 vs the $209.

I'll consider buying when the price drop to under $100. After all, it's just a remote control, no matter how good it is.

    • yeah , and allow an extra $30 for a box of valium that you'll need to take to calm you down after having to use logitech's web-based, slower-than-a-slug software to configure this thing.

And don't believe logitech's claims that their database has a gazillion devices already programmed; you WILL need to teach this thing some commands to make it work.

  • by the way can anyone confirm that the link actually works , or is it still available , if not , mark the post mods , as no longer valid
