Was looking for a new laptop and no active Lenovo deals I liked so had a look at the Dell outlet store.

It does look exactly the same as the current version on Dell online selling for $1,903.001

You have to go to through their chat session to confirm stock availability (currently says 8) to make the purchase. I have purchased one so assume there is 7 left.

  These were listed on Tuesday at ~11:20 AM and the stock counter hasn't been updated since, so I'd be surprised if there are many of the original 8 actually left.

  There's 15" laptops with FHD (1080) screens, 250gb ssd, 8gb ram, i5 7200 for about $650 - refurbished with minor aesthetic damage. I thought that was a decent deal, better than 2nd crap I see on gumtree

  I had bad experience with dell support. Dell do not have a brick and motor shop to do repair. The dell support is located somewhere in India or something and was telling on chat the sending the part will be delayed because of the recent storm.

  Xiaomi Notebook Air 13.3" i5 is available for under $1000, and is superior in some ways, e.g. has a dedicated graphics processor, is new not refurbished, so is something prosepective buyers could consider instead.

  I bought one Insipiron 5000 i5 7200 2in1 for 775 and inspiron 5000 i7 7500u 2in1 for 799.. both are worth the money as compared to other product in similar range of price even if new. The warranty is same 1 year + you can get extended warranty.
