Hi all,

Credits to Pricehipster as I was browsing this Easter Sunday as you do. Came across some bicycle jackets where the black ones appear significantly cheaper than the white and fluoro yellow ones. Medium is slightly more at $32.78.

Compared to other sites I quickly checked, this seems to be the cheapest. If anyone has codes for free shipping or so, that would be pretty sweet.

    Some good flashing lights would make you more visible than a yellow jacket. Get a couple of flashing lights and stick them to your bike and helmet!

    Interesting edge case as the rising sun might be in the driver's eyes.

    Here's a tl:dr from this article:

    For maximum visibility during the day, cycling kit should be as bright as possible, ideally fluorescent.
    When riding at night, fluoro gear should be traded for clothing that’s as reflective as possible, with particular attention paid to the knees and ankles.
    The use of strong front and rear lights should be a given.
