First post here! Please have mercy (although, I recognise stock may be insufficient if this is the only store with the clearance price) - will fix up post as required if info is missing.
I found these at the corner Clarence St Officeworks that is close to Wynyard station. It is on clearance, I imagine they will no longer stock the 1st gen ones once they get rid of the final units. Item is limited though - there were only seven to eight units available split across blue, black red - was heading into work after so I didn't check if other stores had the same price (it's not listed as clearance on the online store)
This is the 1st-gen Targus Fit n Grip for 7-8 inch tablets - the key differences I could see seemed to be in related to materials/build, the second gen ones are sturdier.
For $15, it seems to be a sturdy universal case with corner impact protection.
Looks a pretty good deal. I have a similar generic case lying around that I use when a new model of mini Ipad comes out and my preferred case hasn't been released yet.
