      I have a mi5s. It works well in VIC in terms of reception. Major issue is the GPS does not work (it can locate satellites, but can't lock in)! You may want to consider this before purchasing (just type in Google xiaomi mi5 GPS issues).

      if it was a no-name phone. But I'd be more then comfortable paying for one from Xiaomi & OnePlus since they've got a great reputation for making good products

          @nisarg: You cannot vote negative because a cheaper price is available from a dodgy eBay seller with a very poor feedback rating. In the same way that only eBay deals from Top Rated Sellers are allowed to be posted here.

    I'm using my first MIUI phone at the moment and I'm flabbergasted at how good it is (probably due to slavishly following iOS).

    I much prefer it to any Android I've used including most definitely vanilla android.

    FYI there is no "global ROM" available from official Mi website for Mi 6 http://en.miui.com/download-326.html. Not sure if the seller is just flashing a hacked ROM or something similar.

    Xiaomi is much more reliable than LG at least. I've had 3 LGs (Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 5X) all had some sort of hardware issues.

    Nexus 5 - power button
    Nexus 5X - hardware fault turns it to brick - search online and you'll find out.

    Fcuk LG - Low-quality Goods. While the OnePlus and Mi we've been using have survived many free falls and still working…

      yes, the mi 6 support worked on AUs and MIUI 8.2 with google play service etc..
