  • can i use my current gift card to buy another to get this bonus?

    • +2

I just tried going through the steps and it looks like it only accepts credit card payments - Visa/MC/Amex

  • Doh! Should have checked online before going into a store today and buying a giftcard.

    • Is this offer available in the store as well?

      • yeh it is available in store..i only realized after I had spent $95 there yesterday :(

        • I don't think they sell "eGift" card in store. And it clearly said:
Spend $100 or more online on Myer eGift Cards and receive a 10% bonus

  • Only can use in Myer? not Coles?

  • -1

Gift cards are only valid for 1 year.

    • Weird. Physical ones have a two year expiry.

    • +1

Are you sure about this? I just received my eGift Cards and they both have a two-year expiry.

      • I just got it from the terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.

        https://retail.myergiftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/giftcardterms

4.2 Expiry of Myer Returns Card
Your Myer Returns Card will be valid for use for 1 year from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid. You should use all of the Remaining Gift Card Value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Myer.

        • That's a Returns Card, not a Gift Card.

        • @kerfuffle:
          Yes, just saw that:

Whoops, the 1 year is for Returns cards. Gift cards are 2 years:. From the intro:

'Expiry: Myer Gift Cards expire 2 years after the date of issue (note Myer Returns Card expires 1 year after the date of issue). See paragraph 4.'

  • Does anyone know which Amex card get bonus points on this website? Thanks.

  • Anyone bought this offer could tell if the receipt was from Myer or other 3rd party (as some gift card normally do)?
I vaguely remember, last year with previous Amex offer, we had to go to store to buy the gift card, as the online one was handled by 3rd party (or was that David Jones)?

  • not quite sure how to use the coupon codes from the other deal? theres no option in checkout to double up?

    • Cannot be used with other offers
For extra savings don't forget to use the coupon codes from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/303642 when purchasing with the egift card.
      - Meaning this offer cant be stacked with the other offer, OP stated "use the coupon code when purchasing with the egift card" not when purchasing the egift card

      • i thought it was too good to be true. i misread. thanks

  • Can you use two giftcards in one online transaction?

  • Just left the myer store in Penrith. I bought a Blaq London Jacket and they were offering a $20 gift card with every $100 spent on Blaq and a few other brands (sorry I didn't take note of the others).

    • $100 storewide and the $20 voucher is only for full priced blaq, basque, tokito, piper and vue from memory.

$20 voucher can only be used in store though not online so can't be stacked with the other deal

  • Anyone knows if Myer would accept purchase of physical "Coles Myer" Gift Card instore using this eGift Card?
