    No wonder why these shoes are reduced to under $20. Even if given out for free, no one will wear them, really fugly shoes.

    Limited sizes and their search filters suck, but there are some decent shoes available here (even with the 12.95 postage fee).

    Shocking company to deal with if things go wrong (argue, fight and even shout at people on the phone/delete facebook posts etc)
    Horrible, horrible buying experience for me.
    Never again!

    I'm also having a bad experience with them. With a pair of Poor quality Julius Marlow shoes. Losing money on shipping on both ways.

    Negging due to major issue with retailer. Store Rep OP demonstrates reluctance to respect Member grievances. Ignoring complaints or responding facetiously represents a consciously chosen attitude that is unacceptable. Examples:-

    Wow the website is really frustrating.. I click onto a product but then when it goes into it the colour is not even available. It looks like a good sale but there isn't a lot to choose from in my size. Also it is crazy that we have to supply an Aus post satchel if we want to exchange, I have never seen anyone do this before.
