Jabra customer service is good. Their wireless sport earphones are crap. My partner had three pairs die within 6 months, all of them were replace by Jabra. She's now moved on to a more reliable Sony pair.

    Its one of those things that mileage may vary. my first pulse lasted 11 months. The replacement is 18 months, still going.

No elites though. I havent seen any good deals on elites at the moment. However I am sure something will come up later.

I've been happy with my wireless Jabra Rox for a couple of years now. On the bulky side, but sound quality is great and battery life is decent.
Looks like they have been discontinued though
