Nice, that is a big bargain. I bought mine for $99 last year. That's a saving of $41 now. Algud was worth it, always having to go dry cleaners to hem my pants costing me a fortune. Jumped on youtube and viola all self taught and sewing like an expert. I'm better than my mum at sewing lol. I sew my band, bag, my favorite satin bed sheets (massive rip), and almost anything in my house :D

After your other post yesterday about a receipt, I realised that I hadn't received one, so I phoned them again an hour ago.
They apparently don't send receipts for phone orders.
However, the lady I spoke to did mention that they have four phone orders ready to be shipped, so the "chick" you spoke to obviously had the wrong info.
They are out of stock now, though.
By law, they have to issue a tax invoice within 28 days of a request if the taxable sale exceeds $82.50. The consideration paid was under that threshold, so they may not be obliged to provide a tax invoice. It matters not whether the sale was by phone, ecommerce or instore.

Wife bought one. They've sent the fabric ordered with the sewing machine but no machine. Logged on to account and it said order still processing. Hopefully that means it's stillon the way and not forgotten. She'll be pissed if there's fabric but no machine to sew it
They sent me a tracking number in the email confirmation. Did you not get that?
Just the tracking for the fabrics. Nothing on the actual sewing machine.

Ordered on 11 May and also had the sewing machine part of my order cancelled (received 2 x $1 items and was invoiced for the shipping cost of these). Wrote an email to customer service complaining and asking for a refund of the shipping cost. They have just responded and refunded the shipping cost.
I called and multiple times they didn't call me back. Escalated to PayPal and they finally responded. Can I neg spotlight instead of the deal?
