Wiggle has a big sale on at the moment, the prices on the Adidas Ultra Boost ST (both womens and mens) vary depending on size, but some are much cheaper than normal Australian pricing.

If you throw in a pair of socks the cheaper pairs will have free shipping. I'm a huge fan of Adidas Boost runners, but here is a review if you're curious: http://www.runningshoesguru.com/2016/02/adidas-ultra-boost-s…

Last time I checked prices and sizing for the mens worked as follows:

Blue:
UK11 - $72.26
UK8/8.5/10/10.5/11.5/12 - $113.29
(all other available sizes are around $180 so not really a bargain)

Red:
UK11/13.5 - $113.29

Black:
[SOLD OUT]

Good luck and I hope you find your size!

EDIT: The womens Ultra Boost ST can be found at http://www.wiggle.com.au/adidas-womens-ultra-boost-st-shoes-…
EDIT2: Updated the sizes for what's left, happy running everyone!

    these are ugly ..

    • +1

      Agree

    • -2

Nice looking if your 60+ :)

    • not ugly

      they're ugly ugly

  • What does the ST mean?

    • +4

      I think it means stability

      • Yep, these are the stability version of the regular Ultra Boost :)

        • +1

Can't be certain of my size without trying them. I have 9 US stan smiths which says 8.5 UK, not sure if these are the same.

        • @tlai: Normal ultras fit small. I am 10.5 us in stans and 11 in ultras. Not sure if it is the same with ST's though. IIRC if you like snug go tts. if you want a more comfortable fit go .5 to 1 size up.

        • @tlai:

Yes, adidas UK vs US size is always 0.5 down.

          Eg: A UK 9.5 = US 10

        • +1

@Dingus: I've read that the STs are more true to size due to the different tongue design to the normal boosts.

        • +1

@tlai: It can also depend on the brand.

          Nike - MenUS9 (WomenUS10.5) = UK 8 = EU 42.5 = Jap 27cm
          Adidas - MenUS9 (WomanUS10) = UK 8.5= EU 42 2/3 = Jap 27cm

I usually go half a size bigger when buying Nike's.

        • +1

@tlai: go up half a size. It take us10 for Gazelles, 10 in ultra boosts are too tight for me, needed 10.5us.

        • +1

@wangasm: There you go, never actually tried a pair on, only have normal ones. Cheers

  • Damn, my size sold out. Great price, shoe is super comfortable. Go up half a size from your normal show size.

  • +2

$73 pair of ultra boosts, hell yea!! thanks a lot OP

    • -1

they're not "ultraboosts", they are the ST. different silouette, but with shady use of the same popularised and hype beasted name

      • +1

They are called ultraboost ST. They aren't the original ultraboosts that launched Adidas into fame with sneakerheads, these are more of a running shoe in the way it has a tongue and arch support. They fit my feet perfectly and they're awesomely cheap thanks to people like you with that mentality :)

  • try to use code Wiggle17 , it supposedly brought off another 10Pounds.

    • says "Sorry, the voucher code Wiggle17 has a spend threshold restriction of AU$154.88 set. To use this code you will need to increase your total order value."

    • +1

Unless you want to buy multiple pairs ;)

  • +3

Don't forget cashrewards up to 2.8% as well as $10 off for order over $150, I got 2 pairs for me and my wife + 3 pairs of socks which it came as $142 after $16 discount so free shipping and socks

  • they so knew most men are uk 9 :(

  • -4

adidas + baked beans = adigas

  • Bought 2 pairs, thanks OP.

  • +3

By the way, Adidas tend to be small fitting so buying at least half a size bigger is recommended. I've bought one size bigger the past two pairs of boost trainers and they are perfect fits. Tempted by these but agree that they aren't the prettiest.

    • According to this review, the STs fit more truer to size than the regular boosts.

    • i own about 30 pairs of adidas and have never had an issue with sizing, size 10 in nikes and size 10 in adidas

  • If you pay in GBP you could save $2

  • -4

I find it strange that people are concerned about others looking at their (ugly) shoes rather than you know, things at the eye level e.g. face, body, clothing.

    • +4

I think to put it simply, if you are going to spend over $70-$110 on shoes they may as well look good.

Not a fan of the green on blue, but the black ones and other colours aren't bad.

    • +2

Many jobs ago i sold plenty of shoes to people who picked a shoe based upon appearemce rather then what it was designed for.
Its their money so i wasnt that concerned but the netball player beinging back her torn open Kayanos and been dissappointed in their construction was a good one.

  • adidas boost for 72, yes please

  • Women's are from $72.26 too. Bought 2 pairs, cheers OP

    • -2

      nice find babe !!

  • I just cant pay $113 knowing the size down from me is only $72.
I just might keep checking over the weekend and see if they come down to $72.

  • Years ago , I bought a pair thru Rebel and found uncomfortable to run , comparing to the Nike free runner flyknit, return them with the Adidas 30 day no question ask return in any condition

  • The look of these are quite tragic but if you're looking to slightly increase their visual aesthetics, maybe consider removing their cages.

Here's a YouTube tutorial on how to remove the cage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNp5Rd18dtM

    Hope this helps.

  • Managed to get the order to exactly $80 with some bike tubes, thanks OP!

Blacks would have been better, but the blues aren't too bad. Ultra boost for $72!! I'd take em in purple with pink polka-dots probably! :-)

Got myself a blue pair. Cheers op!

  • The confusing thing is…
I've just checked my old Nike Structure 13 and it is Size US 9.5 = UK 8.5 but on the Adidas chart, Size US 9.5 = UK 9

  • Got it, thx op

  • +2

No need for a second pair of shoes IMO. This is a luxury item.

  • +4

    Preposterous! This is size discrimination.

    • -1

Size discrimination is part of our society. Bigger is always better. Gladly I was born lucky 😉

    • I am hoping that when there becomes less available in my size they will reduce in price. Its just a guess but it means i will check back a few times and see.

  • I've been wearing Boosts for a while now, IMHO one of the most comfortable runners around. The soles are extra springy, I don't run but I walk a fair bit when traveling and so far these are the only runners that give enough bounce response to save my ankles and knees over 20kms a day,the price is good but I can often find similar models in the boost range for around $80-110 from Rebel on special.

    • +1

Nah those are boosts models not ultra boost. These are the cheapest ultraboosts I've ever seen on sale

      • Wearing Revenge Boosts now…fairly comfortable, can't remember if I ever wore Ultra Boosts, but got some cheap in Italy 2 years ago that maybe were Ultra.

        • They only came out In march two years ago iirc, so don't know if they were the same. Probably were pure boosts you tried

    • Even more springy than Asics' Gel?

      • Yes. Asics gel is just absorbent. Its not "springy".

        • Yes you're right… Springy was the wrong word… Absorbent is better.
Really Comfortable for long days on your feet. I find them better than Asics but maybe that's just me.

        • +1

          @Flattop:
Lol I have a 90% conversion rate for asics lovers trying on boost shoes.
10% consists of diehard kayano fans or conservative old customers

        • +1

@cwongtech: Ordered one. Asics fan is going to try out the springy feeling soon.

      • Yes, by a magnitude.

    • yeh those are normal boost not ultra

  • -8

I outrun hipsters wearing Nike/Adidas on a daily basis in my $20 runners from BigW.

    • +4

Be careful, or you'll cut yourself on that edge.

  • Any females with experience of the fit? True to size? Half size up like the men's?

    • +1

According to reviews, the Ultraboost St runs slightly larger than the normal Ultraboost. Something you might want to consider when choosing size.

  • +1

Darn it, missed out on the 13.5s. FYI I usually take us 14 in most shoes and the uk13.5 was a great fit.
I have the old blue model that didn't have that green patch.
Really comfortable, although I only use them for light jogging and gym work not all out running.

  • For walking & standing, this sole vs memory foam/gel…any suggestions?

    • +5

I used to work at BigW with long hours. My feet used to hurt a lot. A friend of mine introduced me with Boost. Since then have never gone back. Most comfortable shoes ever!

  • easy ultra boost

  • After seeing the non-green blues colour styles https://cdn.runrepeat.com/i/adidas/20546/adidas-ultra-boost-… or https://newsneakernews-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/up… I can't choose the blue/green one now :(.

Ultra Boost ST's fit large in my experience, a half to a full size larger. My true to size is US 11.5… EG: Nike Air MAx 90, flkyknit racer etc all US 11.5. I've had and have multiple pairs of ultra boost 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, NMD's, Iniki boost, collab pair (solebox) and 2 two pairs of ultra boost ST's. I like and need my shoes to fit a bit larger because I have a high foot with a pointy bone thing on top and I dont like my toes to touch the end of the shoes, even then I needed to go half a size down in Ultra Boost ST, US 11.5 was way too big, US 11 is PERFECT for my foot. My advice is, if you like your shoes really snug, or are narrow or flat etc you could go 1 size down, otherwise possibly 0.5 down.

Also, you might find these uncomfortable or even damaging if your foot does not roll in (Overpronation)…. this is the stability model and offer more support on the inside to help push foot out… so if your foot is neutral/flat or supinates (rolls outward) these might not be for you. It is one of the main reasons I don't wear my custom ST's as my foot is neutral and it feels like I'm walking on the outside ridge of my foot in these… would be terrible if you supinate imo.

EDIT: They look better uncaged, here are my customs:

    • Wish I'd seen your comment before I ordered brake. Mine arrived today and you're correct on both counts: they're about 0.5 size too big and I do feel as though my feet are tipping to the outside (I have a neutral foot). A little more wearing around inside on the carpet (because I really want them to be ok, they're sooo comfy otherwise) to check, but they may have to go back :-(

      • Dang that sucks… is it even worth sending them back for a refund? MIght be better just to sell them.

I'd recommend just the normal ultra boost 3.0 if you want a super comfortable nuetral boost shoe

        • Thanks brake. Will try the 3s

Hoping PayPal might refund the postage (never used this before, but sounds good)

      • If it helps anyone else, I fit my true to size and they fit perfectly. If anything could have gone up half a size.

        • I fit true to my size as well. Not sure where the 0.5+ size came from.
Then again I have a flat foot and not a high arch.

        • @cwongtech:

          What size are you?

It does also come down to personally how you like them to fit as well and different foot shapes etc… like sometimes I see people wearing shoes way too big for them, and way too small
