        This is tempting. Is the 28cm the base or the top, the edges seem quite angled. Also is the lip the same as the other esteele pans and allow pouring?

        Really wanting something for eggs and pancakes etc non stick. Most other things we do in stainless steel. Might do a steak in this too.
