Having bought some LIFX bulbs and the Google Home recently I am now eager to do some home automation. These motion sensors are IFTTT compatible and do not require a hub.

You can use it to action things other than lights. Perhaps, turn on your heater when it senses you've driven into your garage for example.
Keen to have a a motion sensor on the toilet light for the kids at night.
I get that it can turn the light on, but what would be the best way to have the light go off after a few minutes? Never looked into this before.
Thanks.Look into IFTTT. Once they turn on you can set your lights to to turn off after X amount of time.
