I think you can book it through tour radar a little cheaper (and also find a coupon code to further bring it down), but there was no mention of the free flights.. but i'm pretty sure if booking through them it should still be valid for the free flights based on top decks terms and conditions. I suggest calling tour radar though.
I personally went to a travel agent and asked her to price match tour radars price with cashrewards cashback included and a 5% voucher i found.. it brought it down to $1749. This was a friend of a friend.. so not sure if all travel agents will do this. Booking through tour radar would probably be better so you can also earn extra travel credits.
