      Agreed they are a bit hit and miss. Cargo shorts fell apart after a few washes whereas ive had a long sleeve shirt thats been awesome.

    I bought a pair of Academy Brand chinos and they've been great. They were about $40 on sale at Myer and came with a belt.

    I've got 4 pairs of their pants and a few shirts - the shirts are of good quality but I found that the only chinos that don't fade after a few wash or two are their 'stretch chino' ones.
