  Just got some yesterday. They're pretty bright but besides keeping a couple to put into a USB charger as a torch, what else can you do with them?

    That is the question, they could be used as a bright night light, as you say a torch with USB charger. The backs of computers are dark places with usb ports conveniently at hand. Stick them in a laptop, maybe with a cable. Use them for gambling chips or false nails. They are interesting things, a lot of light from 3 little 'ittle squares.

      Could swap out the resistor and run at a lower amps for applications where it's too bright. SMD though so not the easiest to solder.
