    buyer beware company

Never had a problem with them - always delivered - until now when my power bank was delivered faulty. I have met a wall of silence. Needless to say it is yet another company that has been added to the growing blacklist.

      • +2

have warned people about them for some months - been targeted for abuse at times for doing so.

        • agreed! Ordered some battery end of April, still haven't received the item. Pathetic. They kept saying 2-4weeks delivery. No tracking number whatsoever.

  • Waiting for a good price on the PLM03ZM model

    • It might be a while before the NEW Xiaomi Power Bank Pro comes down in price. Most company will try to get rid of the OLD model before discounting the newer model.

I emailed for an update and they said AusPost received 6/6 and no further tracking is available.

Don't reckon it's coming. They said to wait a week then get in touch again.

They have said the same thing to me. I have just emailed them again to see what they are going to do.

      • +1

Just emailed them again today as I've waited the week and still no parcel. Dispatch date was in May also.

        • They told me to wait another week also.

I feel safer knowing a group of us are in the same boat.

  • I'm still waiting on mine too.. dispatched 24/5 as well.

  • They have returned my money after a PayPal dispute opened.

  • They asked me to sign a form declaring that I would return the item (At my expense?) should it eventually arrive before they would refund/send replacement.

I'm not too happy with that solution considering sending 2 x powerbanks to China would be in excess of the original item cost.

Told them to offer me a better solution or a good-will refund else ill go to paypal disputes.

  • Finally receive my replacement Power Bank today (from the deal before this one)

    1. Started with sending them a customer support ticket.
    2. Asked to sign the "Missing In Transit Agreement Form" (which I edited using DocHub stating that they will pay any expense relating to return postage).
    3. Was asked if I wish to proceed with a replacement or refund.
    4. Responded with:
      > If it's from Sydney Warehouse I'll take a replacement.
      > If it's from Hong Kong Warehouse I'll take a refund.
    5. Was advised that the replacement item will be dispatched from the Sydney warehouse which I accepted, and received the Power Bank within the week

Hopefully everyone else got a refund/replacement.

    • Still nothing and a May 24 despatch date, time to follow up.
