why would you do this? by abusing the offer will only force retailers to not offer it again in the future, think before you act…
i figure the loss they make on me send spoons if offset by the extra they make on other products in this promo.
in addition i believe a company should be smarter and if that their promo can be opened to being 'abused' that's their problem.
they need to be smarter about the way they do business.i agree that it's their fault and they will probably implement a min sale in the future… i just find revelling in this type of behaviour reflects poorly on the individual, i guess theres no law against being an (profanity)

They oversold on their last deal and didnt ship my knife - still havent issued me a refund 2 weeks later.

Baccarat satoku 18cm knife from memory. Keep giving me the run around and I have escalated it to a claim now via paypal. They tell me to close the dispute and then they will offer a refund, however once a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened. I think they're trying to stiff me or only offer a partial refund.
Yeah, don't close the dispute. In fact I feel like them withholding the refund until you do is a breach of Paypal's TOS.
