  • I bought iphone 7 from them and the phone was already activated when I got them, not that it has any problem but just a warning to everyone who consider buying from Vaya

    • that means u pay a brand new price, but you get a second hands one..

      • Maybe, although the phone was still sealed though

        • Did you write a review on their eBay profile?

  • Bought a iPhone 7 plus of them last sale, if they don't send out within a few days, get on there facebook page and send a message, they were helpful at getting the order out quicker

    • Would you recommend buying from them

  • Is it worth buying from them tthan getting a second hand?

    • Received mine today and all seems well

      • You are lucky. Mine hasn't even been marked as shipped yet on the eBay site.
Did you get a tracking number sent to you or did it just turn up??

        • They marked it as sent after few days (29th june) and estimated time provided was 13th july. But I received it this morning (4th July) as an unexpected gift lol Now covered in my $9.60 saddle brown leather cover

        • @Jimmy007:
Ha ha! Bought the $9.60 saddle brown Apple leather case as well.
Hope my iPhone 7 arrives soon too.

        • @pencilman: did you get it yet?

        • @Jimmy007:
Hi Jimmy007, yes received and all good.

Took nearly 2 weeks from time of ordering and paying for the phone for it to be sent. Once it was with DHL it took only 2-3 days to be delivered. Received it 10 July 2017, ordered it 22 June 2017.

Phone arrived brand new sealed in box with separate cheapy adaptor for Australia.
Phone is a Hungarian version iPhone 7 model number MN922GH/A - which is the same model as the Australian model except for some localisation packaging differences I think.

Set up no problem and activated with Apple. Checking the Apple warranty site, it says covered for 12 months warranty from date of my activation.

Phone working fine, loving the iPhone 7 (and the Apple leather case ;) )

        • @pencilman: that’s good, I have the same model.

        • @Jimmy007:

I think was showing 24 months apple care or something

That's odd - did you buy Applecare?

This is what come up for me :

          Valid Purchase Date -yes

        • @pencilman: sorry I was wrong got mixed up with other phone I have

  • Pondered this all night, and couldn't resist. I agree seems the lowest price so far for a brand new iPhone 7 128 GB model - BOUGHT!
compared with Australian apple store price of A$1,229.00 (Incl GST of A$112), so saving of more than $300 exc GST.
Chose Matt Black but difficult decision over Silver.

Hopefully Vaya come good and it's delivered brand new.
They state covered by 1 year Apple Australia warranty, which is great ( I guess losing 1 year of the Australian Consumer warranty to save more than $300 is worth it).
Would have liked the iPhone 7 plus, but that was more than $300 more.

    • +1

      Still pondering

  • Should I buy or should I not?

  • How long is delivery?

  • Anyone know if you get a proper tax invoice with this (even though its a grey import)?

    • It says on the listing that it ships from HK, so there's no GST on it to claim back (for business or TRS). You can still probably put it down as a receipted business expense though provided the invoice is to your company.

      • Yep I get that…. I'm more interested in hearing from people who have brought something from Vaya on eBay to confirm/comment.

  • I got one on 1149, however, they decrease the price to 999, terrible

  • just pulled the trigger after contemplating for last couple of days - thanks OP

    Fingers crossed its actually new
