    Providing that you're honest in keeping up with the daily activity, the health benefits far outweigh the prizes, and the only thing you can possibly lose on this deal is some weight.

      It says 30 mins of physical activity, simply belting out a tune while prancing about on a fitness board and waving a Wii gadget energetically isn't good enough.

      What you gotta do is:

      I had a friend who worked at the Y. When they would call his mobile phone, the YMCA ringtone came on.

    Got my card in the mail Monday (4th), went to the Y, and they simply put an X on the 1st visit box and off I went to the gym. No forms to fill in or anything.
