I currently have the Roidmi 2S, but it always moves ever so slightly out of place whenever I close my car doors as the port it is plugged into is horizontal. This new model will hopefully rectify the issue as I find it pretty flawless otherwise apart from the microphone which is widely reported to be average.       This uses the more traditional spring loaded sides and bottom pins so it's compatible with most sockets.

    Excuse the ignorance, but it has bluetooth for what exactly? You can play music from your phone to this device - so does it have an inbuilt speaker?

      No, it then transmits the music as an FM signal which your car radio picks up & plays. You can customise which frequency it transmits on, in order to find the cleanest sound.

      The phone transfers audio over bluetooth to this device, which it then transmits via FM radio to your car.

    I've found the 2S's FM transmitter to be a bit too weak. Very easily affected by interference.
    Might be because the socket is in the front of the car but I think the car's FM aerial is in the rear window.

      As in the chime when a device is connected through Bluetooth? I'm not sure as there are no videos of the product in action. I assume that it would be pretty well identical to the 2S model in most respects.

      From my experience with the 2S and other FM transmitters, the 2S transmission quality is just as good if not superior compared to the others I have had. I assume the 3S would give a similar result.

      I believe that it does not have a microphone, there's no hole for it in the images. This is probably a good thing as in most cases the microphone was next to useless as it would be located so far away from the driver.

    Got mine and very impressed with it, sound quality playing apple music through it was flawless. Better than any other FM transmitter I've used before.
