Still suffering from the corded drill fiasco from six weeks ago, which sold out and site kept taking orders. Shop then said they're getting more but didn't give out ETA. Turned out it was a discontinued product and OEM doesn't manufacture any more. I eventually got refunded after over a month. Prefer not to deal until I see better reviews for this shop/site.
Yes - they handled poorly but to be fair they still refunded in the end.
Should have been more proactive with their approach and reached out to everyone individually - would have made people better and would have been 200 or 300 phone calls plus emails.
Now give us a real sale!

Just a few days ago I purchased a Kincrome Car Jack and set of Jack Stands on eBay through toolswarehouse_anz. Now I discover that they are really Supergrip and I'm very disappointed to see the items I just purchased now reduced 10% and 20%. Leaves a bit of a sour taste.
Business not allowed to reduce stock? Or have a promo?
Prices are actually good, not sure if there is a target audience on this site..
