    They are useless as they need you to recharge upon activating. Might as well go get $30 starter pack, pointless to get $2 sim, that's why they are giving away.

      The last batch I ordered were fine and I managed to port out last month. It did ask me to recharge but I could select recharge later. But could have changed to what you said.

        Yes it changed. It used to let you to select 'Recharge Later' but not anymore.

  Heaps at Kmart New Town, it only seems to be the ones with the blue strip though so best to scan first.
