  A couple of years ago Shiels had a lower price than StarJewels on an Eco-Drive I was after for a present. Pretty disappointed upon opening the satchel two weeks later, the Citizen box was dusty and creased, the watch was dusty with a scuff on the side and missing tags, and the manual had creased pages - as if it was a display item. Thankfully StarJewels got me one delivered a couple of days later in pristine condition.
