  • $15 snuggie? I'm sold.

    • $20 Deluxe Snuggie!

The description for these actually says "A set includes 2 Snuggies (of the same colour) + 2 free booklights when you order today!"

Does that mean that if I order one ($20 including shipping) I end up with two Deluxe Snuggies and two booklights?

Edit: Re-read the description, and that is correct. For $20 you get two Deluxe Snuggies and two booklights delivered.

  • $50 Stick Up Bulb O_o …I'm not sold.

Sorry - this one slipped through and wasn't updated. All fixed now - $10 for a twin pack.

      • Thats much better!

  • was going to buy this for $9 delivered

    But then read this
    http://www0.epinions.com/reviews/Titanium_II_Professional_Cu…

Anyone have any recent experience with those knives?

    • I love this line!
'This thing is good for bachelors who've never been near a kitchen and want to decorate their kitchen counter in an attempt to impress the girlfriend.'

In short, I don't think you should really have any expectations for $9 delivered. If they aren't all utter rubbish, then you are in front, if they are, then you got exactly what you paid for.

    • I have a set. The blades are far to thin and bend when you're cutting and the coating does wear off. The steak knives do ok. That said for $9 it is worth it, they do look good, definitely not a real life everyday solution though.

    Worst. Checkout. Ever.

Randomly adds/takes items out of my checkout. Unusable.

    • Same problem here. Checkout comes up with all random items makeing it impossible to order anything at all!

      • Same here, tried to buy the cordless drill and next minute it is offering me a payment plan for an exercise machine. Worst bit is I had filled in my credit card details. Steer clear!

        • +6

They werent kidding when they said clearance hey, gotta go one way or the other.

    • I actually didn't have an issue with this, added 2 items (2 of the same thing) - Although I did have an issue with credit card details being rejected, worked the second time though.

  • Same Prob… adding random items to my checkout and not putting the item I actually want on.. a bit dodgy!
I want to order the kids table mate but it's all too hard!

Wow, that's one site with a lot of stuff that's never gonna be used.

Maybe this ad should have gone up during the usual infomercial time, 2am, when we're all drunk?

Grrr… now its telling me that there is already someone with my email address… Hmmm.. I'm pretty sure I have never used this site before and I have tried both my email accounts.. way to hard. Don't think I will bother.

All your personal info are belong to China ;-)

  • very poor description, users shouldn't have to open this page to see what's on offer. what kind of items are they? what is the name of the shop? etc.

sounds like a rubbish site anyway from others' descriptions.. I'm not even going to look.

  • ShamWow!!!

    • Yeah, I noticed that too :D

    • They have Sham Wows! in Woolworths now for $14.95. In the cleaning aisle near the scrubbers from memory.

  • what an ugly site

  • Shopping Cart went crazy adding all sorts of rubbish. Had to log out and back in to clear cart. finally went through. Lord what have I done ??? :-/

  • Badly designed site, lots of bugs. Prices aren't that good anyway.

  • For people who would like to buy something from this site, please read the info below:

    http://www.productreview.com.au/p/global-shop-direct/2.html

  • Should state what kind of store this is in the description (i.e. every bit of cheap crap from China is sold here). Judging by comments in the link from the last post one to avoid.

4x AA 2700mAh NiMh for $7 delivered is pretty good.

  • lucky i hvnt purchase anything yet.

  • I don't find this a bargain considering most of this crap is already on eBay at better prices. :(

  • I must say I enjoyed watching the little videos on some of the product pages. Hee! I'm a little tempted to get the
PediPaws Ultimate Kit.. Should I? Okay, maybe not..

  • Will you have AAA rechargeable batteries?

  • WARNING! This website is terrible. After adding an item to my cart I had it place items I did not want in my shopping cart and after removing the unwanted items I went to complete my order where it automatically adjusted my order after confirming. I better not get charged $230 or I'm going to be seriously pissed off.

    • update: I have already been charged $29.95 for this unwanted item, I have sent an email off to globaldirect, please tell me how to go about reversing my order and getting my money back…?

      • Well, if you see the link someone posted above, people have complained that "customer service" doesn't respond.

Good luck getting your money back :)
