      It goes live Tuesday.
So it stands for C you next Tuesday.

  • Damnnnn still waiting in my tax return.

  • Where did you find this OP, they don't ever reuse coupons and this one was from April for a different promo?

    • +1

This was on one of there banners this morning. Said it ends next Tuesday. Clicked on the T&Cs and said this deal is not yet active.

  • +4

This is the page showing 20% off from google cache:
    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:jL43oV2…

  • Our vacuum cleaner died on the weekend, need a replacement ASAP, sad we missed all the June sales. Is the Miele C3 cat and dog the "go-to" model in that range (price vs performance and accessories that is)? Should be able to pick one up for under $400 after code and cashrewards, which from past sales seems a reasonable deal… Thanks in advance.

  • +6

They took off the mac books.

    • +5

      No ipads either…

      • +2

Remember Apple have strict discounting policies so as much as I have no goodwill for Myer this is out of their hands…

  • "Looks like this code isn't ready yet. Please try again later." the wait begins lol

  • Tried adding a TV to my cart but it said they don't deliver to it. Anyone had any success?

  • +14

Once they remove all Apple and Dyson products + increase all prices by 20%, it will become active

  • +4

So many upvotes but where are all those deals?

  • +1

Why is there a deal for rumours

    • +4

because that album is 40 years old

      • +1

        Still a great album

      Nice work!

  • How does click and collect work with myer ebay? If outlet has stock for purchase instore but not available for click and collect, it doesnt make sense to me…

    • I'm interested in this too. Got my eye on some luggage, but I leave on Wednesday morning. Would the ad specify if the item is available for click and collect? The one I'm looking at just says Free Delivery.

      • +1

I wouldn't trust Myer's click and collect if you're leaving on Wednesday morning.

      • Well basically my item shows out of stock for click and collect for all outlets eventhough instore its there to buy and paid delivery is available (yeah i get it that delivery origination could be elsewhere)

    • +1

Myer's stock system for click and collect is broken. I've had a click and collect order cancelled even though the store had plenty of the item available on the shelf.

      • -1

No, thats because you dont understand CC. Bricks & M stores dont like CC because they dont make anything on the sale, everything goes to the "online store". THe online store is thus using the bricks & M as a free pickup store which they dont like and dont give a damn etc. THis is especially a problem with franchise B&M. Imagine you are a Harvey N, and someone wants to click & c from you, but the online store keeps the sale. That just costed you some staff time in shipping, the desk etc all for nothing while big Gerry who owns the online store 100%, keeps everything.

  • How about miller vacuum cleaner? any suggestions on moving to a new property please?

  • What's happens when the code is used, but Myers is unable to fulfill the order? Has anyone experienced this before? Do you get the full amount back?

    • you would get back what you paid only

    • +1

You get a refund in about 2-3 weeks.

  • +1

They removed the heater I wanted :(

    • +1

They're probably going to remove all the Apple products from their store during the sale.

  • Watch this deal disappear

Any good? NEW Diamond Lite 32cm Non-Stick Sautepan With Detachable Handle: Made in Germany
Just under $200 after the discount.

    • I bought the Woll last time and I returned it. It feels good, has a solid build works a charm with the nonstick with a bit of oil. But I compared it to my seasoned De Buyer pans and decided to stick to them and return the Woll because the performance is the same and if I screw up my pan seasoning I can always re-season it in 5 minutes or less (intense seasoning takes longer if I want to do it properly in an oven for a triple season). De Buyer pans are like 1/3rd the price of a Woll.

    • I've got a smaller size and it's good but I got it pretty cheap (I don't see the point in expensive teflon pans). It's like buying a top of the line BMW that is limited to the life of the tyres it came with (teflon). The metal and features are great but it still only lasts as long as its teflon. I tend to look for pans on sale around $50-70, they have the aspects of good pans (solid, some scratch resistance built in) that make them nice to cook with but are better value.

    • Yea decided to give this a miss and stick with my current non stick until it breaks. Then going to SS with a copper base.

  • +2

Myer doesn't seem to do TVs.

    • Was wondering the same. Odd.

  • 4pm aest or awst?

    • 4pm AEST. 2pm AWST.

  • Here it comes … Bose Soundsport wireless gone !

    • Here it is… +2 minutes on…

    • +1

I got these yesterday. When I searched electronics it wasn't the there but when I searched Bose in all categories they were there. Just under $198 with Cashrewards as well. O just got back from the US and that's cheaper than I could get them anywhere.

      • Thanks mate for letting me know. bought the aqua ones for $177 !

  • +1

Just purchased a Lego Tower Bridge for $239.40 but clearly I wasn't the only person watching this…. 16 sold as at 3:59….. now 69 sold at 4:10 and clearly some hoarders buying quantities of 5 at a time! Hmmm…. I suppose you might just want cheap bricks but 5????

Hopefully Myer can fulfil these orders - not going to get too excited until I actually have it arrive on my doorstep!

    Happy bargain hunting people!

    • OzBargain should be getting commission from all the small eBay business being run from these deals….

      1. Find deal on OzBargain
      2. Purchase max items until deal has been OzBargained
      3. Sell for double online
      4. Repeat
    • +2

From 16 to 189 sold in about 90 minutes… now sold out. At $239.40 that means they sold $41,416.20 of a single lego set, or 743,035 pieces in 90 minutes!

  • +1

Thanks Willyhitch, had the bose soundlink mini in my cart for the last week waiting for a sale. $172 with cashrewards is a good price.

  • Dyson handsticks gone

  • +1

    MacBooks removed also.

    • Doesn't seem they want to sell you anything.

  • +2

    Ebay is getting very desperate.

As a seller, the site is absolutely dead. My 1c auctions of high value stuff barely get a few views in the first day or 2. The items sell for half their value.

Back in the good old days people would have a bidding war in the first hour of listing.

    • +1

Where are people shopping now? Gumtree?

      • Maybe they just aren't shopping at all, I don't know. Or maybe it's due to school holidays and in another week it will be profitable to sell again.

        • +1

          Maybe they're shopping on amazon

      • +4

        AliExpress

eBay is full of dodgy misleading ads. You search for something, and sort by lowest price, and every ad has a generic cheap item to skew them to the top of the list. Ie. Search for a mobile phone, and the listing has 5 phones and a $1 cable, meaning the $500 phone shows up as $1 in the listings.
This practice turned me off eBay years ago.

        • @Nike

Unfortunately ebay dont really operate in australia, so they can avoid ombudsman if someone tries to complain about price hikes before a "discount code".

    • @Wet

Is it possible people are buying straight from china or somewhere else instead of using your shop ?

      • Not the stuff I sell.

    • What stuff are you selling. Bose QC 35?

  • Any bargains?

  • +1

What no Dyson?? Myer? Hello? Worse than price jacking

  • So by myer's definition: tech = Audio only

  • +2

A lot of the previous deals are eBay funded as they are site wide, this one being Myer only is no doubt jointly funded by both eBay/Myer resulting in Myer pulling a lot of stuff as there are wearing the negative profit.

    • +3

As if 20% off were a negative profit for Myer.

      • -1

Can't wait till Amazon takes down every single department store in Australia

        • +1

And puts everyone out of work….F*** yeah, bring on the Armageddon!!

        • @bargrin:

Well we can't have the best of both worlds.

        • There are still department stores in other countries where amazon operates.

Amazon may enjoy the higher profit margins in Australian retail and not too aggressive

        • @chumlee:

Here's an idea - Maybe Australian retailers should lower their prices to compete with Amazon.
I'll be happy to pay 10-15% more if that meant i would get the item right away.

        • -3

You do realise once Amazon does this the prices will go up even higher than they are now. It will be the worst thing ever. You really a simpleton if you think Amazon is your friend.

        • Has that become a meme here?

How many warehouses are they going to set up?

    • -1

      @Gear

No Ebay just removes their 10-11T cut. that means this only costs Myer 9%. Its quite easy for Myer to "add" 10% and actually come out in front.

  • Is it just me or have they removed a S**tload of stuff? (usually don't visit Myers on ebay to often so can't tell).
But it seems all high price items ((TV is what I was looking for) have the day off??
Seen that others were looking for Mac books, IPads, Vacuums etc. - So is it normal that Myers does not offer these on Ebay (seems odd) or is this just a disgusting way of minimizing profit losses during the "sale" ???

    • Why do they do this?
Doesn't eBay cover the cost when it comes to these kinda sales ? So why would Myer remove certain items?

      • -1

        @TightAssDrake

Ebay charges every body about 10% sales comission. Its very easy to have a 10% off sale when you simply cut out your commission. Ebay probably then goes halfs on the 3% that Paypal gets, that way only PP loses out with a 1.5% instead of 3% commission.

  • Found a good offer on Bje410 breville juicer. It was already on offer. Seems the best deal in town.

  • Is there any reason why all EBAY coupons start with "C" ?

Ive recently tried to guess a few like turning a "C5OZ" into a "C10OZ" etc but that didnt work :)

    • -1

Sounds like one of the questions on the front page the last few weeks.
      Why do people drive slow?
      Why do people do burnouts?
Why do ebay coupons start with C?
Why so many stupid questions recently?
      lol

      • And so many stupid replies.

    • Coupon Code

Thanks OP - finally ordered a Soundlink Mini II after umming and ahhing about it for months.

  • I'm really looking for a laptop, does Myer sells laptops?

    • In store they have a small range.

Don't seem to have any on Ebay for whatever reason

  • Thanks for the headsup, I bought the Panasonic SC-PMX70BGNS Mini Hi-Fi system to run my turntable through, hopefully it works ok.

  • Tks OP, got an hair dyer which just die tonight.

  • +1
