for those who don't have facebook: http://www.ozstock.com.au/1631

  • the shipping is a killer, better off getting them at dse

  • but if you buy in bulk, maybe a bargain, cheerfully I just upgrade my 10 smoke alarm to hard wired one,

  • Best before March 2011? No thanks.

    • ozstock plan to rob their customers' houses who have purchased these for their alarm systems after that best before date

  • Ozstock Review: http://www.ozstock.com.au/

I just received two items I bought from Ozstock. The first a surge protector & Standby Stopper ($30 + $9 postage). The Master slave outlets don't work. Rang Ozstock, they had no idea how the unit works told me to ring "Laser". Still waiting on Laser to call me back. The second item was a alcohol breathalyzer ($0 + $6 postage), with no instructions and again they had no idea how it works. In fact the woman said to me "how would I know … I don't drink!" … in other words … " we've got your money so who gives a F&*K "

Guys … It's not a bargain if what you buy doesn't work as advertised. In fact it's a waste of money and effort!

    • Usually the lady is quite nice, although i have the same problem with some items but generally i get good service from them, depends what you expect

Also they generally will just replace item on the spot or give you a refund, have you tried for either ?

Ps i always pick up so maybe it might be easier than delivery , i see your point though if you cant make it to the shop
