I bought one at $99.

They're great value at that price - especially if, like me, you don't know how much you're going to use a mixer.

I don't think I would buy one at this price though - there are other options for not a great deal more. Well - twice the price, anyway :)

  If you can prove that it is in stock at a specific store whether that be calling them etc, they will do it, otherwise it gets a little tough. Understandably, I suppose as if something has a price tag on it and no stock, it is as good as not having access to it.

    yep, need to prove in stock at a store ….. and this is where also the "advertised" clause comes in …. so you can't have "mums appliances" as the store which is a fake web site you have set up …or a store that had ! for sale which is now gone… even office works now will match mainstreams like MSY without questions but "dads computers" they will check and often knock back if not "exactly same terms and conditions and SKU".
    JB won't do below cost to them ……………
    Oh and clearances are also often excluded.
