    Still waiting for them to deliver my two power banks from a deal two months ago.
    I'd steer RIGHT away from this mob. They're dodgy as danilochan.

        1. This is Shopping Square, not Shopping Express. A 99.3% doesn't absolve their chequered past.
        2. Ozbargain is laden with their dirty shenanigans though they've been better lately.

          Sorry, yes, I do mean the eBay Shopping Square Australia has a 99.3% rating. I assume that means that they cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled within the time frame?

      I have exactly the same issue, ordered two in May and they haven't arrived. I am getting a refund. I suspect they may have not sent them with the correct labels / packaging and they have been seized.

        Did your TomTop order get cancelled like the others? I got my Shopping Square eBay battery on Monday. At this stage I think I can recommend the eBay store but not the Shopping Square website.

        Edit: just noticed your comment 35 minutes ago. The TomTop thread is showing order cancellations. The good thing about that is they don't wait three months, just cancel the order promptly.

      IIRC, xiaomi's 20,000 mah powerbanks only come in white but you can always get a silicone cover.

      The 20000mah Xiaomi Power Bank 2 are only manufactured in white. You could use a silicon cover to cover it black. Another alternative would be to use electrical/duc tape to cover it.

    +1 here for not receiving the ordered powerbank ordered over 2 months ago. They kept on saying that the delivery was out of their control. Full amount refunded but had to go through a tedious process to get my refund. I am definitely steering away from these guys.
