What is the largest capacity this device will recognise? I have in mind those Orico USB enclosures which max out at 2TB.

    • "It supports all 2.5” and 3.5” SATA I, II, and III HDD and SSD up to any capacity."
      http://www.certech.com.au/productimages/pdfs/y3026.pdf

Based on that im going to pull the trigger.

      • Already sent request to Unitek for official answer.
Will post their reply here once we got it.

I'm getting an error message saying your website's SSL certificate expired yesterday.

It makes you look like a scam site.

          @ItsMeAgro:

Got the same thing and also google asked for a review "to see how things we're going" :S I paid with paypal so if anything does go wrong hopefully im not screwed over.

        • @ItsMeAgro: The SSL has already been renewed.
But it will take few days to activated.

    • According Amazon site this take upto 8TB

only upto 8TB? <whistles through tooth> maybe useful if this were 2012

  • Seems like a good deal. Might have to grab one!

  • Anyone used Mushtato before? Are they legit?

I want one but was surprised to get a security warning in Chrome about their SSL cert expiring yesterday.

I have previously purchased a XIAOMI PowerBank in 2014; they're legit.

    • Mushtato is legit

Hey rep, any power bank deals ?

      • We are still waiting for the approval.
        It should be OK.

The clone function sounds a bit scary… What if I accidentally press the button, it'll just start overwriting one of the drives?

  • Amazon Q&A and Reviews for those that want to do some background research prior to purchasing.

    • Thank you for your support :)

  • No black version? Only silver?

    • +1

Only white color version is available :\

MSY sells this at $45 so this is a pretty good price.
    Got 1. Thanks OP.

  • What about Y-3027?

    • That model is at least 60.00.
Much more expensive than Y-3026 :\

  • Good timing found a bunch of old hard drives in a drawer was wondering what i could do with them

    • Haha, me to.

I'd have preferred it in black but not a huge drama.

      • Thank you for your feedback.
We'll pass it to our marketing team :)

  • Does anyone know of a dock that does offline clone by files and not sector. Really would love something that can copy to smaller drive than original for mechanical to SSD transfers.

  • Noo, literally been looking at getting one of these. finally click the link to add to cart and get "distracted" at work, and now its out of stock :(

  • Gone already lol

  • This product is all sold out.
    No worries, Ozbargainers.
More deals are coming soon :)

    • please find more laying around in the warehouse :( :D

    • Will you be getting more in stock at that price again? I had to do a thing and missed the deal, but this is exactly what I am looking for and a pretty nice price to boot.

  • Thanks OP!

  • What's the difference with this and other cheaper Unitek models? I figure they all do the same thing.

  • Got mine delivered just now (Western Sydney). That was quick!

Probably won't have time to try it out today, but it looks pretty cool.

  • +1

    Received mine, works great!

  • Would this have supported RAID?
