Just purchased on Tomtop the Zhiyun Smooth Q. I missed the https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/319751 deal so i found this. I used the MC rate so looks like a good buy with the dollar on the high.

        My drone batteries from Tomtop were refunded for that reason, just this week.
        The drone itself with original battery arrived ok.

    Got a gimbal for my GoPro, don't know of I should get one for my mobile. I think GoPro video quality might just be that much better.

      You must have a pretty shitty mobile for the GoPro to have better quality. The GoPro is only still relevant due to its rugged design and wide FOV. Otherwise most mobiles will eclipse it in video quality

        I'm using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. The gold standard of a true OzBargainer. So the video quality isn't great, but the other features are. I don't feel like spending over $1K on a mobile phone which will eventually be dropped, lost or smashed. Not to mention my kid likes using the phone while I'm out and about shooting B-Roll.
