Yes agreed. These are delicious and healthy too. I stocked up last year when they were 1/2 price and I was lucky that I bought just enough as I am now down to my last jar.

Define 'tasty' - they are totally different products … except they come in a jar, you spread them on toast etc.

This kinda sums it up. In this case, beige is savoury and brown the treat.

Oh, across brands, gotcha. If you know what's good for ya, buy Mayver's. It's the best peanut butter I had ever had. Also, the Super Spread is beautiful for small children as an introduced allergen, as it has many tree nuts and sesame.
I want crunchy PB, not whatever these are :(

We just tried Pic's Really Good Peanut Butter for the first time, and it's, well… really good. Do you know how Mayver's Peanut Butter compares?
Pics by general consensus is the second choice to Mayver's, i've had both and personally do prefer Mayvers i feel the texture and taste is just too good, but Pics is deffs worthy of 2nd place
It's a Pity that Mayver's have started to use imported peanuts in their peanut butter. I only recently noticed this on one of their jars.
Interestingly, I discovered that another OzB favourite Pic's uses Aussie peanuts but is processed by our bros across the Tasman.
Pic's is very nice peanut butter. Australian peanuts though in that one.
Cacao vs original
Is the Cacao version worth the extra sugar ( therefore also calories) & sodium?
I would say it all depends on which one you think tastes better. And if you are happy with the taste of the original then I'd go with that as it is more healthy. I prefer the original but my wife, who is a chocoholic, prefers the cacao.

I couldn't believe the difference in salt content between this and regular peanut butter.
