Although not the cheapest price its ever been, not a bad price considering that Officeworks sell the smaller model for $128 which is only 2TB. https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/seagate-2t…

Always been very happy with Amazon's service and delivery times.

A different model of 8TB is $175 USD
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HAPGEIE/
or another model of 8TB is $180 USD

shipping costs around $15, $1 cheaper if you choose to pick up at a nearby ParcelPoint

3.5" models that require external power. The OP here is 2.5" model that uses USB power only and is usually more expensive and less capacity due to the smaller factor.

ParcelPoint entails an additional $2.95 fee per parcel payable directly to ParcelPoint too, so it works out more expensive (Amazon doesn't collect it on payment).

  • I wonder what professional installation of an external HDD is
