I'm sorry but this is yet another boring, lame promotion from KFC. A zinger with a slice of mozzarella is hardly super innovative, and the wicked wings are a good deal but nothing like 24 nuggets for $10. They take away all the good nuggets deals like 24 for 10 or the nugget party pack and replace it with nothing.
Why can't KFC do something people actually want like zinger nuggets, mashies, tower burger, sesame crunch, hot and spicy etc. The promo guy needs to be fired

Its not a slice of cheese, its a fried cheese patty on the burger.
And 18 nuggets is $10 + 6 nuggets $5 = $15 or 24 nuggets, so 24 nuggets for $10 you get $5 discount off the normal price.
Its the same with the wicked wings. 10 Wicked Wings are $9.95 + 5 Wicked Wings are ~$5. So your getting the same level's of good deals.

My secondary point is the most nuggets I can order now is 10 for $8.95 which is poor value. The 18 nuggets for $10 doesn't exist at my store, at least it didn't last week

Best I could do with Wings was 10+6 for $16.40, no 5 option.
It depends on which state you live in (Vic for me) you can switch stores to a different state on Monday in the App to see what the new special will be for Tuesday, well that's what I do on Monday mornings before a new promo ;)
I think people need to say which state they are quoting prices in. At least it's better than Maccas where each store could be different.
Actually 15 wicked wings is $13.95. Yeah, not every store has it, but been that price in most stores around my area in VIC (it's one of those thing, not in the menu, but you can buy it)
Gotta learn that not everyone has the same taste as you. The fried mozz patty appeals to me. I will probably try it out.
I mainly go to KFC for their wicked wings, so this is definitely much better for me than the nuggets promo I never care (but I do understand they can't pleased everyone)

What is the standard price for Wicked Wings? I could have sworn a few years ago when i used to just buy the 15 pack, they were around the 10$ mark?

Oven, convection or toaster oven, and air fryer. If you got none of these, a radiant heater would works too.
Yeah, just threw them in the oven @ 180C for 15-20mins. Came out a treat. So much easier to eat when all the oil gets released during reheating!
Healthier too, with some oil removed.
The grill works too for reheat and crisping, but they need to be turned over halfway to heat both sides.
Any reviews of the mozzarella patty? Is the inside as creamy as the photo makes it out to be?
It is creamy but as allways its smaller looking that what the photos show.
Had it for lunch today, completely agree about the size. Had the mozzarella patty on its own and not sure if the herbs and spices contributed much to the taste. Will most likely attempt a home made version of it.

Grabbed the wicked wings last night. Impossible to finish between the two of us. Pretty good for $10.
Yeah, it's perfect for two people. Just enough to feel full but if you finish it, just enough to make you feel sick :)
I was full on 5 wings, 3 of them being drumettes which were a bit bigger than wingettes. Great deal.

You can try blazin past it if you're on an empty stomach and don't drink anything with it.
Personally, I needed a salad, bread roll or vegies. Hot chips would have put me over the line calorie wise :P

Still in the App for Crown Melbourne for me, only received a notice about the 24 Nuggets for today (Saturday) only.
Someone on Whinge Pool reported it ended, although they didn't say which state, but their profile says NSW.
Between KFC Wings and McD's Nuggets I need to seriously look at my eating habits.
Could not be stuffed to travel to KFC for today's special, so caved to McD's which is within walking distance.
15 wings lasted me 3 days, so good though
5 wings per day. Good to spread out the calorie intake.

When I went, they were just trying to keep up, and bringing out fresh batches. I suspect due to the popularity of the deal, the wings will be mostly fresh. Of course, it depends on the store location, time of day too.
