    Is this pan non stick coating? I was thinking if I needed a non non-stick pan for cooking at high temperatures. I'm worried about ruining my non stick Fry pan.

      Hey Bangomango,

      yes it's non-stick. The best use of this non-stick sauteuse is to start it on high heat for a couple of minutes to heat up the base and then adjust to medium heat.
