      AusPost picked up the parcel and brought it for delivery the next working day, as you would expect for same-city service, no problems there.
      (Return to vendor took another 2 days after that, again no problems).
      Tracking clearly shows the delay was because the item was not dispatched by the vendor for almost a week when local-stock, 24 hour dispatch and quick delivery had been promised.

  I got this in the last deal and I absolutely love this thing, it's part of the family pretty much the only thing it doesn't do well is we have a big shaggy rug under the coffee table in the living room and it can't get up onto it so just goes around.

  Ordered Friday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning, extremely happy with that turnaround!

  Vacuum doesn't come with an Australian adapter but just uses a figure 8 power cable so easy to obtain and use a spare.

  Setup simple enough with the app, and very impressive cleaning ability. The amount of dust and hair it got out of the bedroom carpet was unbelievable, especially as a vacuumed only 2 days ago with our dyson.

  Only issue so far is that our uneven floor tiles make the brush seem to lock up a little and cause the entire unit to make a juddering/grinding sound. It occurs no matter which power setting is being used but only happens on the slightly uneven tiles. No issues on the carpet. Will try a few things to see if I can get it to stop as I doesn't sound healthy when it happens.

  All in all if I can get the issue resolved I'll be very very happy with this purchase.

  Very happy. Arrived in 2 days. Does a great job. Have to watch some mats with long fringe but I don't like them anyway. Using the toilet paper on the filter and works well.

      Saw a post where others were using tissue paper to reduce the dirt getting to the filter. Unit still works well but filter easier to clean.
