    If I remember correctly they ran out of stock pretty quickly, but their website still allowed people to place orders (which is frustrating). Did you ask for a refund and they refused to provide it? Or did you insist on them providing the drill and they don't have stock?

    For what it's worth I was one of the lucky ones that managed to get the Bosch Blue hammer drill and it arrived really quickly. Have ordered from SuperGripTools a couple of times before and always had good experiences. One time a bonus battery was out of stock, so there was a delay, but the communication was good.

    Guess YMMV.

    You should report this deal to the mods. If the rep won't respond to you and doesn't make an effort to resolve your complaint they should be banned from OzBargain! We need to keep this website clear of dodgy companies to save others the trouble!

  Anyone else getting a Cloudfare Error 520 message? I can access the main page however any link from there results in this Cloudfare page and an Error at Host level.. By the above I imagine you're all accessing it fine?

  Ordered very early on this. A few minutes after it went up. Received email 2 weeks later that they had no stock but had a choice of waiting or money back. I opted for money back. I followed up with 2 emails and countless calls unanswered. 6 weeks after initial order I finally spoke to someone. Funds returned a few days later. Check the hammer drill offer and you can see the rage.

  Bunnings recently had the Bosch Blue/Professional GOP 18VE-C cordless for $69.
  $9.05 less is not worth cheap plastic internals of the green/home series.
