        Those are not 144hz 4k.
        The first 160hz, 1080p
        Second is 100hz, 1440p

  I'm just going to give my 2cents and say that 1080p stretched across 27 inches doesn't look that great. Although still a good price for a 144hz, curved, gsnyc monitor.
