add to cart it should come down

  • Are these any good?

Can anyone comment who uses one please?

    • I would recommend it, great pen for it's price. Depends on how you write though I guess.

Thanks. I mainly sign invoices and scribble in a notepad.

        I'll take a punt.

In that case, you'll need to flash the firmware.

          band 28 not supported

        • @t3chshopper:
          will that enable band 28?

      How sharp is your pen?

      • I get no complaints from the ladies

Oh, my pen, yeah - it's not too shabby

        • +1

Oh, you didn't get the reference.
A sharp pen writes skinnier… skinnier as in lower figure… and this is OzBargain and we're all tightarses!

        • @Kangal: Nice one.

Sorry, I've been off Facebook for a couple of weeks, not with the 'in' crowd anymore.

        • @malouphix:

So your pen is blunt then

        • @Click_It: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )

  • Got one thanks OP

Really nice pen, super sharp tip though, so if you're not into that then look elsewhere

      That's what she said.

I swear by them, nicest pens I've bought

    Really great pen!!!

Is there a blue refill for this pen?

  • -1

    bought one to try, eventually.
    Looks nice as well.

    WHere to get refills?

    • Refills are $5.07 for a 3 pack, so if you have one of these pens may as well get this deal and get a free pen with your refills.

      • Just remember there are deals for those too. I paid $0.91 recently for 3 x refills.

That said I still don't own a pen yet. I'm unsure if I should pull the trigger on this deal as I don't really need another 3 refills.

    Thanks OP, i've ordered.

Can't wait until 2034 when it arrives.

The Uniball Jetstream (~$5 from Officeworks) is rated as a better pen than this, according to the Wirecutter… but personally I prefer the Mijia.

When the Mijia is a cheaper price, it's a no-brainer. Shame it doesn't come in blue though.

  • Anyone know how the metal/plastic ones compare?

  • Thought I'd jump in and give these a try. Hopefully it'll arrive in time to write in my Christmas cards.

  • Can someone explain to me why they would buy a pen for $5.34 from overseas when I can just buy a Uniball in the local shops for less?

    • +1

Wait this is a regular pen? I thought it was a touch pen for my iPad Pro.
      Surely its a smart pen?

      • +8

Press hard enough, and you can definitely write on the display of your iPad Pro…

    • +3

This is one pen and three refills vs one Uniball.

Is this pen any better than your standard BIC?

    • I don't own one yet but yes I hear they're pretty good. Much better than a standard pen, probably comparable to an average $20-30 pen at Officeworks I'm guessing.

    • Yes. Writes easier, more reliably, feels better in the hand, and looks better.

    • +8

Yes they are very good pens.

I actually wrote this post with one. As you can't see my writing is extremely neat and consistent

  • thank you, I bought a set.

  • If you want to buy decent, low cost pens go to thew Rakuten site and buy higher quality Japanese-made pens for a similar price

  • +3

I heard it logs your signature and sends it to China via 4g :(

    • +1

That's why we are relatively safer here in OZ because this pen does not support band 28.

  • +1

sweet….now to learn how write again…

    Back in stock

  • Received today, already forgot what's supposed to come in the package.

  • These came really quickly for China shipping. I was surprised.
It's writes quite nicely, definitely a 'liquid' style ink.
The white pen body seems to mark quite easily. Not sure where it's come from but there are already ink spots. I suppose these has come from ink on my hands back to the fingers.
If you're less of a grub it probably won't be a problem.
