Does this shit even do anything for most people?

      yes- makes their pockets lighter……

      Doubt it.

Firstly you should be able to get nutrients in the food you eat, so this is just like pissing out money.

Secondly, even if you don't get all the nutrients in the food you eat, supplements are not processed by the body like food so it's not clear if you get any/some benefit from multi-vitamins.

      • That's what I thought. So it's a good deal in so much as it's cheaper than normal, but a bad deal because it's wasting money on nothing.

        • Some people do have times where they need supplements … so for those, these deals do help. People people also treat them like insurance i.e cheap to buy and if it helps along the way, then so be it. Each to their own.

Zinc can prevent cramps, even in supplement form, and some things like vitamin D are only found in a few foods.

Dark-skinned people or those that are indoors can be low in vitamin D and benefit from supplements.

Worst case it's a cheap placebo.

You should be promoted to Power User.

    BTW, shouldn't it be $6.75 price-match?

      LOL - Thanks

You're right - it should be $6.75. The lady at CW said $7 and I never really bothered about the 25 cents.
