    It's the exact same sort of sample bag they've been doing 2-3 times a year for ages, except now it's $30 whereas before it's always been $20 and I'm not seeing the extra value.

      Wasn't there the same offer in Feb this year, I thought that one had 1/2 the number of items at $20, and now this one has double the number and they raise the tote to $30! You are paying for the items LOL.

    Have to say though, USA department stores will give you a bag filled with goodies for free. I refuse to spend $30 for a bunch of (mostly useless) samples.
