was ok with Aliexpress until i had an issue with an item, provided all the evidence for a case, not sure why aliexpress pretty much sided with the seller from the start even though i provided all the evidence they asked for, in the end and i got no protection at all and no refund, not saying i wont buy from them again but just be careful when paypal isnt around.
If you paid by credit/debit card you can do a chargeback, much better protection than PayPal.
yes but the effort to do a chargeback dispute with bank didnt seem worth it, it wasnt too expensive of a purchase but enough to put a dent on the impression of these guys

On the contrary my experience with Aliexpress has been excellent, had disputed two times in the last 4 months and had full refunds done within 14 days.
I reckon you didn't follow their procedures as I felt they were easy for the buyer. Once the second stage of the dispute starts with a rep monitoring communications you have resubmit everything again, they won't look at what you've been exchanging prior. You also have to annotate pictures and draw diagrams following their examples.
Way better than Ebay in my opinion.
i reckon the 2nd part was what i didnt do correctly, i simply referenced all the evidence i submitted prior with the seller without resubmitting it again, they were videos so i couldnt be stuffed to upload all again, i had no idea you had to do that and they request the evidence again in 2nd part, note taken.
Yep, there is a help section when you start the dispute. Follow it to the bone. That's why I like better than Ebay, it's more a tribunal-type system where you can make your point rather than leave it to policy alone.
I had similar issues. They always side with the seller. Alipay's dispute system is rigged.
Anyways, I set them straight by doing a chargeback.But make sure you don't have any orders that are processing as they freeze everything when you do a chargeback.

alibonus/megabonus was 10% until a month ago then it dropped to 8.25% and then last week it dropped to 4.91% :(

I bought something on 05-May-2017 with last deal 10% cashback from Cashrewards, but I have not received cash back yet.
So contact Cashrewards and they'll sort it out.
Even I got tracked, but all the orders were rewarded much less than 7%.
My Aliexpress account got hacked last week and some ratbag from Albania bought lots of stuff using my 28 degrees card. Suggest you change passwords etc.

Definitely not. Since affiliate networks use cookies to track purchases the commission is going to go to one cashback service only.

the cashback is calculated on the price of the item without shipping. but even with that taken into account, my cashback was also less than 10% (taking into consideration that the cashback is in AUD where as the transaction is in USD).
they have fixed the amounts for me.
Has dropped to 6% now no longer 7% on cashrewards
