          To say I was surprised when linked to an article, would be an understatement.
          I searched a bit to find multiple sources for it, which only validated the original provided to me.

        • I printed his post out and used it to wipe the Chobani off my arsehole.

        I'll assume you, like most, didn't know

        Don't big note yourself, you aren't the first genius to repeat these unfounded allegations.

        Do you eat Cadbury or the hundreds of other Halal certified foods?

        You hypocrite, now go away and let me enjoy my Chobani.

        BTW, I'll be buying extra tubs just to tick you off.

          Why be an arsehole about it?
          I'm providing a heads up, you're taking it personally.

          No, you're just spreading racist falsehoods.

          @mooboy:

          I'm glad that you've replied with absolute proofs of your statement, rather than trolling to divert attention.

  • As yogurts go, are these relatively healthy?

    • +1

      Not as healthy as plain yoghurt, but for flavoured they are one of the better ones, have less sugar than other brands.

      • I suspected so as they're nowhere near as sweet as similarly priced yoghurts. Right, Coles next week.

        • +2

          15 grams of sugar per cup :(

        • @eskylidder:

          I think I'll give them a miss then. Why the hell do they load everything up with sugar and salt these days?

        • +2

          @eskylidder:

          Remember lactose is sugar that's already present in milk too, even plain yoghurt will show sugars because of the lactose.

        • @tori:

          guess its the 4 grams in plain!

          @gasman70:

          Why the hell do they load everything up with sugar and salt these days?

          It's not all added sugar, a lot of it is natural fructose from the fruit puree.

    • It's confectionery, if you ask my tastebuds.

      Tastes nice, but one of these, and my sense of taste/sweet is shot for hours.

      Maybe an age thing.
      I'm borderline addicted to plain greek yoghurt. Used to think it tasted horrible.

    My kids love them, less sugar than most is about all i can say for the healthy part, but a huge amount better than other snack options for my 4 kids. They have all have a good taste as tried them all, would recommend them.

  • I use to like the watermelon one. Did they discontinue that flavour?

    • I think they run batches of Limited Edition to gauge the market, the current one is Kiwi fruit.

    I usually get the plain ones and add berries

  • +2

    The right price for this type of yogurt…

    Chobani Tubs as so much better than pouches, glad these are half price next week.

    Can we access the rest of the specials/catalogue for next week yet?
