      But 3 months are not equal to 12 weeks so if you choose 4 week direct debit payment, you may end up paying for 16 weeks. Am I understanding it correctly?

      It's very conservative, more conservative than any Murdoch paper, and it's gone worse ever since it was bought by Stokes and Channel 7.
