We are waiting for them to match Aldi saw and drill deal

  • Guys what's you take on keyed chuck?

    • +2

Give me a keyed chuck any day! At least you know the bit will be tightened and locked in place, wont fall out and has the durability being made of metal. Sometimes plastic-housed keyless chuck wear out and wont tighten properly which renders them useless after a while/lot of drilling and has to be changed over.
If i have the option, i try and change a keyless plastic type over to a fully metal keyed chuck. Just cable tie the key to the drill so you wont loose/misplace it.

I've had the keyless chuck version (sans free bits) for over 5 years and would recommend it..got plenty of grunt..
