DOA, if I did not buy them on ebay I would have a huge problem to recover money or to get a replacement.

The earbuds are changeable to get the right fit, but they always fall off the earphones for me. And once you lose them, it's very hard to find substitutes.
Bought this last week and am happy with them. The sound is decent… not amazing but what you do want from in hear small headphones?

JB HiFi have the Freedoms on sale for $149.. I'd say the extra $~25 is worth it for the Australian, in store warranty. #hopeithelps
actually the sound quility got nothing to do with the driver size.

I would not trust these eglobal guys with buying directly from them. I had negative experience with them when I bought X3 from them 2 weeks ago. However, dispute was escalated to ebay and ebay decided the case in my favour.
