Best price i can currently find for this game, the deal still has 2 days 3hrs left at time of posting.

      £26.63 when you go through to checkout and enter an Australian address, or if you have an account with them and login it'll show £26.63.
      You don't pay the UK VAT. They charge £4 p&p.
