Pretty much the same deal except this time the code gives 15%.

The coupon offer is on Stack Social main page at the top in Blue https://imgur.com/a/nvtQ9

    • Tried to get this one last night but code not valid/expired.
Used code PIA15 for 15% off same as OP code

It seems like this is for new customers only and not renewals unfortunately.

I've got new accounts every year with PIA precisely because of this. Always chasing a better price :-)

Be careful no refund policy with stacksocial.

I was very disappointed with the service l, tried to cancel and they told me some b.s. about unable to through ss

I couldn't be happier with PIA. Torrents go at my full 100mbps line speed (when set up correctly, which you'll need to Google as it's not plug and play).

      SOCKS5 proxy isn't VPN.

      • +3

Good thing I'm not using SOCKS5 proxy then, hey!

Connected to Canadian servers in Toronto with a port forward buried in the utility settings. All you have to do is check your tool tray and change the port number in your BitTorrent client every time you connect to the VPN.

Their other BitTorrent port forwarding servers are:

        CA Toronto

        CA North York

        Netherlands

        Switzerland

        Sweden

        France

        Germany

        Russia

        Romania

        Hong Kong

        Israel

I get my full line speed, whereas I only get half of it without doing these steps.

  • Can licences be stacked does anyone know?

Thanks OP. Picked up this time. Will be travelling a lot and am always wary of connecting to public Wifi!

I've been using PIA for the last few months and have been happy enough with the speed and reliability of the service. The Android app is pretty solid, too. Good bargain.

    Thank you. Bought.
    So far so good.
Will test NBN connection later when I get home.

    • How's the NBN connection and also do you mind point me on how to set it up please. Thanks!

      • I am using Buzz Telcos 100/40 nbn and not much of internet speed is dropping while I am on PIA vpn (connected to Sydney Server).

Set up is pretty simple. When you sign up, you will receive 2 e-mails. First email is for your log on details and second mail is for set up instruction where they provide links for android, ios, windows or Mac os application for vpn.
