Similar to this this previous deal but appears to be working for K-12 staff now at least (was linked by a colleague). Not sure about students.

Use www.dec.nsw.gov.au as the portal URL which will direct you to login through the normal means.

  At RMIT you can access Lynda through the library website.

    Yeh it keeps bugging out for me. What I've found if you you go through DEC Portal -> My Training then follow the Lynda link it's a better way to go through:
